Formula to a Perfect Life

1 principal : Be healthy

Without a healthy body, what else can you do? Without health, everything will just be .................................. ahem RUBBISH so LimJooLi, make sure you eat healthily with enough nutrients, okay balanced diet, and sleep healthily, make sure you go to bed before 3 lol okay before 12 Zzz, and live healthily, away from alcohol and nicotine and guys (ooppss no that's healthy actually hehe XD)

2 paradigms : Be a little broad-minded or eccentric (or unconventional) and a little intoxicated O.O (ahem confused or bungling manner)

There's no point being too stubborn or preserved sometimes, it just make you see narrower. Think in many point of views, you will see more things. There is only one thing absolute in this world, that is, absolute happiness.

It is hard for being too clear-headed all the time. Learn how to open an eye with one eye closed, when you face your life. You will find it doesn't hurt that much anymore. I am not asking you to take more alcohol okay @@

3 exemptions : Forget your age, forget your grudge, forget the fame

Get excused from the hectic pace of life. Your time belongs to you. Enjoy it.

4 old (lao老) : Your pension (老本), husband or wife (老伴), friends (老友), shelter (老窝)

Appreciate those that will be with you when you grow old. They will never leave you when you are old enough, can't walk anymore, having wrinklessss on the face, jobless and homeless OMG this is so heartbroken.

Normally, people love 10. We always rank from a range up to ten. We hope our life is perfect as ten. People chose to marry on 101010.

But give yourself a space to breath. Maybe 0.8 is perfect enough.

0.8 diet (0.8 full, 0.8 oil, 0.8 salt)

0.8 job (rest when you feel tired, you are going to move further)

0.8 recreation (reading, secret talks, fishing, rock climbing, cycling. anything will do)

0.8 love (Love yourself, love him/herself, love both of you. both you need space too)

0.8 relations (Friends, mates, colleagues, partners, they stand 0.8 of your life)

Decide your life now. It is not necessarily to be the same with others, live up to your expectation, that's enough said. Live for yourself, not others.
